FAMILY WRITERS LIVE COVERAGE OF COURT PROCEEDINGS: JUDGE ADJOURNS CASE AGAIN
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja and presided over by Justice Binta Nyako has adjourned the ruling on the bail application filed by the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra and three other co-defendants standing trial on alleged treasonable felon, to December 1, 2016.
The adjournment comes following an intensive legal battle between the three respective counsels to the defendants, and that of the Nigerian government.
