 The jihadist move of the Muhammadu Buhari led Nigeria government through their evil accomplice, Justice Binta Nyako, to introduce secret trial under Sharia law in the ongoing trial of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, must never be allowed to see the light of the day. The world must take note of this.
  It is now very clear that the sole objective of this Buhari's administration is the total Islamisation of Nigeria, no matter how hard it tries to divert attention and deceive the international community about it. The fact that they are desperately trying to introduce Sharia Law into Nnamdi Kanu's trial and jail the IPOB leader through one of the most corrupt judges in Nigeria, have exposed the grand plan of Buhari and his fellow Islamic jihadists to turn Nigeria into an Islamic state by all means.

 I could recall that the Judge presiding over the case, Mrs. Binta Nyako squashed out six out of the eleven count charges, and ruled that witnesses for the Nigeria government will not be masked to testify against Nnamdi Kanu earlier in February this year.
 If Nigeria can play tricks on the world leaders and succeed, Biafrans can never be a victim of such tricks from the pit of hell.

 In the Islamic holy book the Quran, its an abomination, just as the sin of blasphemy to appoint a lady to rule against an accused under Sharia Law. Ever since the history of Nigeria, nobody has been tried secretly under sharia law, not even a Muslim in the northern part of the country. Therefore why such evil should be allowed in the case of Nnamdi Kanu who is not even a Muslim or a resident in the northern part of Nigeria where Sharia law is practiced?  Nigeria government and Buhari must desist from such, because if they continue to thread such dangerous part, the end of Nigeria would definitely be faster than we all had anticipated.

 Why must Nigeria which they called Giant of Africa always be the problem of Africa?  Why is Nigeria which supposed to be a positive example to the rest of other countries of the continent, always be an ambassador of corruption and ineptitude?

 So, is this how the Nigeria judiciary works? Sincerely speaking, Justice is absolutely dead in Nigeria and human rights have been thrown into the dustbin of history. Nigeria is a disgrace to humanity. It is truly a contraption and not in any way a country.
  Biafrans can never allow Islamic extremists piloting the affairs of Nigeria to try Nnamdi Kanu secretly under sharia law, because Kanu is not a Muslim and he is innocent. Since Nnamdi Kanu has been accused openly, then he must be tried openly, and anything short of that is totally unacceptable.

 Nigeria is looking for every means possible way to deceive the world and then, pronounce Nnamdi Kanu guilty, so that they will sentence him to death, and which will not take them more than 24 hours to execute him, because that has been what the scavengers are looking for.

 Meanwhile, Buhari and his cohorts have failed to understand that this generation of Biafrans they are dealing with, are always one step ahead of their grand plans and can never be cajoled or toyed with.

 
If the Nigeria government led by President Muhammadu Buhari does not reverse this issue of secret trial for Nnamdi Kanu whom they abducted and accused openly, and fail to allow the effectiveness of the bail application filed by defendant's counsel, the image of Nigeria will be tarnished totally.

 I hereby admonish the international community and the world leaders to do something tangible now by advocating for the immediate and unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu, to save Nigeria from the impending doom that is about to destroy it.
 Justice for Nnamdi Kanu must not be suffocated, because he committed no crime.

What are we waiting for? Isn’t it very obvious even to the daftest that the contraption called Nigeria is a failed state by every definition and every parameter? Is this what a country of 186 million people supposed to be?

 Should we continue to sustain a country that is unsustainable? Should we continue to live a lie and in self denial when all onlookers know that we are merely living the life of the ostrich? This country is no longer together.

 In fact and in truth it has never been together. If it was ever together it was before 1914, before a self seeking, insidious and wickedly partial drunken soldier called Fredrick Lugard forcibly yoked together nation states of the Southern Protectorate and those of the North in the name of trade and amalgamation.

The story of the fraud called Amalgamation is now too well known to require re-telling. The fraud of forged population census figures, the fraud of creating a tripod whose head was three times the size of its two legs, the fraud of constituency allocation, the fraud of Land Use, the fraud of indirect rule for a section, and the fraud of Divide and Rule were the fraudulent foundation of the Amalgamation from which the so-called country had never found a breathing space!

There are five fundamental reasons why Nigeria’s breakup is imminent. For a start, the over 250 nationalities that were forcibly brought together under one umbrella were never consulted before they were coerced into a marriage. There was no negotiation, there were no agreed premises, and there was no courtship of any kind before fist cuffs were put on the wrist of the beautiful bride and handed over to the overbearing bridegroom. The marriage has been bumpy in the last 103 years. The enterprising bride was chained and bedraggled and every effort to free herself was thwarted by the backward looking husband. The marriage is now ripe for dissolution and MUST be dissolved.
 
As far back as 1947 Alhaji Shehu Shagari opined that there was no future for the so-called union and canvassed that the North should be free to develop at its own pace while the South should be allowed to go. In 1953 and thereabout when the Western Region and Eastern Region called for Self Government that would usher in political independence, the North said NO! And when independence was sought from Britain in 1957, the North said it was not ready for independence. Because of the cosy relationship that existed between the Colonialists and the hugely favoured northern colony, the North did not mind if Britain remained in power indefinitely.

When the North eventually reluctantly agreed to allow independence, it had been employing all shenanigans and crooked means both political and military to thwart the advancement of the South. All sorts of stratagems including the so-called JAMB, Quota System, Federal Character, Creation of unwieldy states for the purpose of weakening the federating units, creation of fraudulent local governments, and over centralisation of the polity were/are some of the mischievous ploys by the Fulani Cabal controlled civilian and military governments. To ensure enforcement of its feudalist approach to governance the British predesigned and programmed the North to have perpetual dominance and control of the Military and all agencies of Intelligence, Coercion and Border control.

Of course you can only fool some people for a limited time. The federating units in all parts of the country minus the Oligarchy have become severely fed up with over centralised Unitary government that has stifled their progress and has made them slaves in their own land. Agitation for Self Determination has become rife in the land, and all the major nationalities now want to live in their own country and be in charge of their own destiny. And it appears no force on earth can stop the actualisation of their desired goals.

Add to the foregoing is the historical fact that all forced empires of the past have crumbled and disappeared. India had to let go Pakistan and Bangladesh. Bros Tito’s Yugoslavia had disappeared in a fierce internal eruption. United Socialist Soviets Republics, [USSR] collapsed. Czechoslovakia disappeared. The Sudan had to break into two after a fierce 47-year old war. The trend may see the beginning of the US losing two or three states while the United Kingdom may lose Scotland and Wales. Right now Nigeria has a choice: either to breakup without shedding a pint of blood the way the Czechs and Slovaks resolved their irreconcilable differences or go into bloody and destructive war that would make the Biafran experience a child’s play.

As pungently argued by the respectable War veteran and hero of the Nigeria Biafra War, Lt General Alani Akinrinade, God did not desire that humans should live in large communities. Throughout history it was city states that engineered human development. The glorious era of ancient history was the period when Rome, Athens, Sparta, Thermopylae and other city states dominated the then world’s commerce, military and politics. Big for bigness sake has no relevance in human development. The successful countries of the world today are the small countries of Northern Europe and the countries that practice either loose federation or outright confederation.

Fortunately almost all the federating units of Nigeria can survive on their own. All the nationalities that have been dubiously pulled down or dragged down in the myopic mindset that one needed to pull down others for their own advancement would now bloom once they proclaim their independence.

Unfortunately for those who may be foolishly contemplating that they would use force to stop the breakup, there is no longer the kind of Military that fought the Biafrans and stopped the secession.

The suspicion, the schism, the cynicism, the absence of patriotism, the crazy corruption that have come to define the Nigerian character in the last twenty years or so have eaten deep into the fibre of every Nigerian whether Customs Officer, or Police, or Military. I dare say that what is on ground now are Fulani police or soldier, Igbo police or soldier, Yoruba police or soldier, Hausa police or soldier, Tiv police or soldier and Izon police or soldier.

It is the prayer of this writer that the current leaders of today will have the wisdom to choose a peaceful breakup.
No force on earth can stop a movement whose time has come. Kanu the leader of IPOB should be released without further delay.

 The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB and its Directorate of States, DOS, have accused the British Government of being selective in their fight against human rights abuses, upholding the rights and dignity of the indigenous people and upholding decency in the standard of human treatment, particularly as it concern Biafrans.

 IPOB in a statement by its Media and Publicity Secretary Mr. Emma Powerful, berated the British Government for not being vocal in condemning the ill treatment the Nigerian Government under President Muhammadu Buhari has meted out on the Biafran agitators and other freedom agitators in Nigeria. “IPOB finds it appalling that a supposedly civilized country such as Britain, at the forefront of upholding standards in human decency, could exhibit so much bias when it comes to the issue of upholding the rights and dignity of the indigenous populations particularly the Biafra agitators. “Such overt expression of hatred by the civilized British Government leaves much to be desired, if we consider the media and public uproar that greeted the news of the Tianamen Square massacre and mass arrest of pro-democracy activists in China.”

IPOB alleged that Britain was vocal in pointing out the human rights limitations of the Guantanamo Bay detention facility for Islamic terrorists, but has made a volte face in condemning human rights abuses against IPOB members and Biafra agitators, describing the situation as quite an unfortunate for a country such as Britain. The self determination group, described as shocking, the British Government alleged persistent refused to openly condemn the frequent alleged public slaughter of countless innocent IPOB members by the Nigerian Army, because they allegedly are the suppliers of such destructive weapons used against IPOB and other Biafra agitators.

 It wonder the difference between pro-democracy demonstrators in China and IPOB activists asking for a democratic Biafra, adding “There is something morally repugnant about a supposedly civilized first world country such as Britain keeping mute in the face of such state sponsored barbarism and brutality by the Nigerian Government. “We wonder the reasons why British Government developed such pathological hatred for everything Biafra, we also wonder the crime IPOB committed and make bold to say that if we are guilty for asking for Biafra restoration, British Government is also guilty for BREXIT because we are all asking for self determination, the same way SNP in Scotland and Sein Fein in Northern Ireland is demanding for self rule.''

Fifty freedom groups pledged to collapse their umbrellas and form a single front to pursue their life-long goal of achieving Biafra.

This was part of the communique released after a unity meeting of Biafran agitiators which held at the weekend in Anambnra State.

The pro- Biafran groups also unanimously agreed that Nnamdi Kanu, currently in Kuje Prison, Abuja has paid his dues and must be supported by all freedom fighters.

The unity meeting which was convened by the Supreme Council of Elders of IPOB and presided over by the Vice-Chairman of the Elders’ Council of their group, Dr Dozie Ikedife, held in Nnewi, hometown of the late head of state of the defunct Peoples’ Republic of Biafra, Lt Col Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu

In an address, Mr. Anthony Aniebue, administrator of the customary government of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), described the unity meeting as a milestone and charged members to work for the realisation of Biafra.
 
 
Dr. Ikedife, in his address titled ‘A Call for End of Discordant Tunes, A Call for Synergy’, said “there is need for unity if really we are pursuing the legal legitimate entitlements of our people, right to self -determination, as supported by United Nations Acts, African Union, and even the Federal Government of Nigeria.”
 
 
While acknowledging that all the groups were following the path they felt was the right due to the republican nature of the average Biafran, Ikedife, said it was time for all to close ranks and stop all in-fighting. “Let the misunderstandings of yesterday be forgiven and forgotten. Anyone who kills his brother or sister cannot be declared a hero. Let us focus synergistically on our goal,” he appealed.

He rained curses on those who have turned the Biafran struggle into a money-making venture, saboteurs and others who deliberately oppose unity, Uchenna Madu, current leader of MASSOB, while addressing the gathering, told them to eschew personal interest and embrace collective responsibility.

Some of the groups, drawn across the South-East and South-South, included Movement for the Actualisaton of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Customary Government of the Indigenous People of Biafra (CG-IPOB), Biafra Zionist Movement (BZM), Afra Descendants Movement (ADM), Eastern Veterans Social Welfare (EVSW), Bilie Human Rights Initiative (BHRI) and Biafra Descendants Movement (BDM).

Others include Radio Biafra, Biafran Central Council (BCC), Eastern Peoples’ Movement (EPM), Customary Government of IPOB and Movement of Biafrans in Nigeria (MOBIN).

Ochie Igbo, Anang Front, Igbozurume, Biafra Liberation Council (BLC), Wakawaka Biafra, Anioma Biafra, Biafra Reporters and Biafra Voice International (BVI). Also represented include Bonny Indigenous Group, Biafra Women Leaders and Great Commonwealth of the Niger Delta among others.

Meanwhile, IPOB, under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu has blasted the Anambra State Governor Willie Obiano over his alleged comment that the group was ‘a toothless bulldog’.

The Indigenous People Of Biafra,IPOB, has lashed out on the governor of Anambra state, Willie Obiano over his recent comments in which he addressed IPOB leadership and members as “a toothless bulldog which is capable of words but incapable of action and being used by a few to enrich themselves under the guise of fighting for Igbo freedom.“ and "populated by youths who are at best misguided".

Willie Obiano who made these statements during a pro-Buhari rally organised by his state government, has been at the receiving end of enraged IPOB members, even as millions of Biafrans took to their various social media handles to shred the Anambra state governor. Reacting to this, IPOB in a recent Press statement released on March 11, 2017, noted that it is not in any way shocked by the utterances of governor Willie Obiano whom it described as "a congenital alcoholic" personality, disclosing that Obiano's outburst is as a result of his rage after failed desperate bids to infiltrate the ranks of IPOB leadership with bribes worth millions of naira on different occasions, in order to evade being tried at the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

"The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not surprised at the statements coming from a congenital alcoholic who goes by the name Willie Obiano (born August 8, 1955)," the Press statement of IPOB which was signed by its spokespersons, Dr. Chukwuemeka Iroanya and Barr. Emma Nmezu and made available to Family Writers reads.

"We can categorically, and with proof, inform the world that alcoholic-Obiano approached IPOB with hundreds of millions of Naira as a bribe after committing mass-murder of Biafrans at Onitsha, Awka, and Nkpor but we rebuffed him and told him to perish with his blood money because we are not like some fake organizations purporting to restore Biafra but are actually business concerns, profiting on the blood of innocent Biafrans who they have deceived and led to their untimely deaths. Alcoholic-Obiano further offered to pay for medical bills of the injured courtesy of his murderous killer-squads and again we refused,"

 "We, therefore, ask alcoholic-Obiano, how come we are in the business of enriching ourselves but at the same time refusing to collect your blood money to further enrich ourselves? It is common knowledge that IPOB funds itself through monthly dues contributed by members and though the money comes in paltry amounts we beat our chest to proclaim that we don’t touch blood money from evil men like alcoholic-Obiano. Even with that paltry amount, when aggregated, we can feed alcoholic-Obiano and his entire family for the rest of their lives." IPOB revealed.

Going further, IPOB while describing Willie Obiano as one of the political puppets in Nigeria who are being used by the British government to embezzle the resources in Biafraland, also mocked Obiano's remark on the body as a 'toothless bulldog'; revealing that without the efforts of IPOB in rebuffing the 'Northern and Islamic dominated APC party' during the 2013 Anambra state gubernatorial election, Obiano could well have outrightly lost out to his APC counterpart, Dr Chris Nwabueze Ngige. IPOB stressed that the successful sit-at-home protest recorded across Biafraland on September 23, 2016 as ordered by IPOB leadership shows the incontrovertible level support and loyalty that is being accrued to it across Biafraland.

IPOB however, placed the world on alert over the plots of Willie Obiano and his cohorts to carry out more genocide against Biafrans in Anambra state, even as it vowed that Obiano will not succeed in his bid to be re-elected as Anambra state governor come November this year.
  "...We are fully aware that the British government uses the Hausa-Fulani and the likes of alcoholic-Obiano as fronts to steal the resources in Biafraland to maintain their economy and their much-cherished NHS,
   "For the records, IPOB though apolitical, was instrumental to this alcoholic-Obiano being the governor of Anambra state because we repudiated the Northern and Islamic-dominated APC party represented by Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige and we still do repudiate them till today.
 "Secondly, we brought the entire Biafraland to a standstill on the 23rd of September 2016 with our successful sit-at-home protest. The test of IPOB‘s popularity and efficacy is never in doubt."

  "On the threats of further genocide on Biafrans by alcoholic-Obiano, we want the world to take notice so that he shall be held accountable for his atrocious crimes against humanity.
 "We promise alcoholic-Obiano that even though we abhor and repudiate Nigerian politics, we shall do to him what we did to Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige in 2013 Anambra gubernatorial election. The alcoholic-Obiano called IPOB toothless bulldog but after the November 2017 election, he will know if IPOB is a toothless bulldog or not.
"We assure alcoholic-Obiano that he shall surely fail in his re-election bid, just as he failed in his ill-conceived pro-Buhari rally which showcased only 18 hungry-looking Hausa-Fulani youth corps members serving in Anambra state backed by their Janjaweed police in a show of shame at Awka.

  "We shall bring the alcoholic-Obiano to the understanding that some vehicles are rear-wheel driven and they are more powerful than front-wheel driven vehicles. At the end of it all, we project that Mr. Willie Obiano will have a rethink on his congenital affinity for alcohol and will refrain from making statements after undergoing a devastating binge of alcohol," IPOB stated.

 ENUGU – Today 10th of March 2016, the campaign and public awareness on the  restoration of Biafra took another dimension as  IPOB Enugu family hit the community of Umuigwe village in Umuaga Area of Udi Enugu in Biafraland.

 This outing was organized at the burial event of IPOB Ngwo zonal coordinator's relative, Late Miss Ngozi Onyia, who is a native of the town.  The exhibition of the ever colorful Biafra flags at the burial ceremony cut the attention of the inhabitants of the entire community.

 Meanwhile, the presence  of IPOB family in that community proved  the love and care we have among ourselves, the villagers and the relatives of the victim confidently confirmed that IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a family of one blood one flesh, hence the need for them to join the group.

IPOB endeavored to disseminate the gospel of Biafra orally and by demonstrations for clear enlightenment pertaining to the coming of Biafra and the necessities for every Biafran to join hands and unite with IPOB led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the able leader and also the director of radio Biafra. The people were assured that Biafra has come to stay.

 In conclusion, the entire community vowed to start a family meeting of IPOB in the village of Umuigwe Umuaga Udi area of Enugu Biafraland. The elders and veterans of the community also pledged to support Biafra restoration with everything at their disposal.

 My attention has been drawn to an interview granted by one Sen.Girei Abubaka Halilu former senator representing Adamawa Central Senatorial Zone from 1999 - 2003 as asking if the Igbo people want Biafra sovereign nation or Nigerian presidency?

 I want to start by correcting the honourable senator that Biafra is not an Igbo affair and can never be pigeonholed to represent only the Igbos. I also wish to unequivocally assert that the Biafra we are fighting for includes all the Biafran territories which surpasses Igbo. It is rather hypocritical, and of shameless pretense for a man of his caliber to ask such a question in a desperate move to ridicule our efforts towards restoring our nation as a people. But before I continue let me quickly remind this "born to rule" illiterate and uniformed Hausa slave master ordained by the British by bringing to his attention and consciousness some facts that are glaring which he has allowed  hatred to saturate and eject his sense of reasoning, comprehension and judgments;

 Is Mr. Senator feigning ignorance of the Biafra question which has not been addressed by the Nigerian state since after the civil war of aggression championed and supported by Nigeria-British and other world powers? Is this "born to rule" imbecile unaware of the grave injustices being meted on the people of the Eastern region by the murderous Nigerian government ranging from political disenfranchisement, economic strangulation and infrastructural denials? Maybe I should also remind this dishonorable fellow in case he did not quite follow that the Nigerian government in conjunction with their murderous Military wing has committed the most atrocious crime ever known to humanity in this recent time by killing, maiming and murdering innocent citizens (Biafrans ) on a daily bases who has taken it upon themselves to come out on the streets for peaceful protests and rallies. We are not also leaving behind or ignoring the fact that some of these innocent citizens have been unlawfully and illegally detained /incarcerated without any justifiable reason. Mr. Senator sir, it seems you have been flying in the air like your living death president that you don't really know who the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra is or what he stands for.  Nnamdi Kanu the indefatigable and impregnable leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra has been illegally detained by the murderous Nigerian government through their DSS since October 2015 and despite all the torture, humiliation and abuses being rained on him on a daily bases he is still standing tall with his shoulders high defending, championing and spearheading the course for Biafra restoration.
 
According to this dishonourable senator " Igbos have businesses and own houses everywhere" all over the contraption called Nigeria. I don't know if this man Is well informed to know about the 2007 United Union charter of the right of the Indigenous People for self-determination which Nigeria as a member nation is signatory to; or he might be one of those "alimajiris" that has refused Western education and called it "haram". Mr. uneducated senator, days are gone when you people from Hausa-Fulani enclave always intimidate us with living and having properties all over the"zoo"(Nigeria). Nnamdi Kanu has done a great deal by awakening the youths and inculcating in them the need to face you uneducated e-rats  and chase you into oblivion.  He (Nnamdi Kanu ) has also liberated and emancipated the Biafran youth from the long-aged mental slavery and opened our mind to challenge evil where ever we see them without fear or favour. In case we are forgetting something, I think its pertinent to note and to tell all Biafrans resident in other parts of Nigeria that as long as Biafra become a sovereign nation all our properties outside Biafra Land remains protected. We should all ignore this uneducated senator because Biafra is non-negotiable.

 Before surrendering my pen I want to outrightly tell the dishonourable senator that the Igbos as well as other clans in Biafra want BIAFRA.  Any attempt to deny the people of the old Eastern region the right to be addressed or known as Biafra or even restore their stolen identity and dignity will be resisted because it amounts to denying us the very essence of our existence. What we want is total emancipation of all Biafra territories. According to reports filtered from the recent ECOWAS pronouncement; Nnamdi Kanu  (Biafra) and Nigeria are all members of ECOWAS. Even the Nigerian court presided by Justice Binta Nyako was quoted as said" IPOB " is not an unlawful society.  So senator retract your comment and stand so as to shame the devil.

 Since the great outcry by Biafrans for self-determination and exit from Nigeria; one question which have been frequently asked by some political elites and the British spiders despite the fact that the point is clear, is "What do Biafrans really want".

Though it's very much obvious that this is a pretentious question but I still hold little esteem for it because it will help to clear the air and distinguish between the voice/want of the masses in Biafra land and the selfish politicians in the Nigerian politics who cares not for the masses.

 In response to that question; let me take your minds back to the early years of Nigeria when Biafrans first voiced out and the agitations began; right from the time of Chief Odumegwu Ikemba Ojukwu, all was pointing at self-determination and total exit from Nigeria for Biafra, nothing else. Even after the war, all the fingers of Biafrans were pointing and their voices was for Biafra. Today, same is applicable as this generation are still agitating and crying for same thing which is the complete exit from Nigeria and Freedom for the sovereign state of Biafra.

 It so much amazed me when someone like Muhammadu Buhari, Obasanjo, Gowon and others who were one of the pioneers in Nigeria and who knew what led to the Civil war and what the war was for back then, ask such disgusting question. To me, they're are pretending and trying to paint the fact to the world to look as if they don't really know what the constant cries and agitations is all about.

 I don't want to talk about other blacked-brained individuals and politicians who are also vomiting same trash; their problems are not farfetched, they are intoxicated by power and the politics of Nigeria.

 It will be very much immature for men of such caliber and well educated men to think the quest by Biafrans is for presidency or other political positions in Nigeria.
 Despite the fact that there are few politicians from Biafra Land who speaks and points at political positions, that's not the voice of the people, such persons are on their own not for the masses.

 If it were for political quest, millions of Biafrans wouldn't have stood up the way they do and they wouldn't maintain their stand till now amidst all the inhumane treatments and killing of Biafrans by the Nigeria government.
 
 Biafrans have never for one day gone out during protests with placards with the inscription- 'We want presidency or higher political offices', neither have they ever gone to the streets with written inscriptions like- 'We want restructuring' rather the only thing and inscription written on placards and materials they always go out with is 'FREE BIAFRA, WE WANT BIAFRA' and Biafra flag/wears along with it.

 So how come someone with eyes and good thinking faculty still ask questions like "What do Biafrans really want"?.
 "Biafra or Death" as it is said by Biafrans on several occasions, what does it sound like to you?
 The Inevitable is that the point is clear and I don't think (be it under pretense or for whatever reason) rising questions like "What do Biafrans really want" will change anything.

 Biafrans are not interested in Nigeria politics neither do we want restructuring.

Five persons have been reported dead following a clash between Hausa and Yoruba communities in Osun. According to the reports, areas that were most volatile with the clash are the Sabo, Lagere and Olaoluwa areas of Ile-Ife, Osun state. The official cause of the clash is yet to be ascertained but reports alleged that some Hausa men were accused of raping and harassing wives of Yoruba men in the Sabo area of Ile-Ife. As a result, the Yoruba men attacked the Hausa community in a clash that erupted Tuesday and culminated into a deadly one on Wednesday.

 
In the pictures available so far, some of the victims are seen burnt to ashes with a tyre still hanging on one of them in the street.

 

The report also has it that the Sabo area has been completely locked down as all the stalls belonging to the Hausas situated in Lagere area have been completely destroyed along with the goods.

 It also said Security agencies comprising the Police and the Army have moved in to contain the situation. Details soon…

 In a major case of breach of fundamental human rights, where it is clear that Nigerian DSS abducted an innocent man and locked him in an underground dungeon for nearly a year without access to his family or lawyers, any sensible person would have thought that a court would be expeditious in seeking redress for the victim. But alas in Nigeria law and justice means something completely different.

 

 

 
The presiding judge in this matter is a man named Hon. Justice J. Kafarati. A clearly dishonorable fellow, this supposedly Nigerian learned judge has been on this case since the past 13 months. Over a year to determine an important case of DSS breach of the fundamental rights of a citizen. Despite the very open and shut case of DSS brutality against this innocent citizen, this Nigerian judge has repeatedly refused to deliver the same judgment he claims he has written. This is the fourth adjournment for judgment on this matter.

 Shockingly, this shameless Nigerian judge never turned up this morning in his court to dispense justice as required by law. Instead he told his clerk to inform the public that he has gone to an embassy of a European country for a visa interview. His travel abroad is more important than delivering a judgment in a court of law.

 He failed to deliver judgment because of visa appointment and people are trying to convince me that Africans are humans? Incredible! In Biafra Africa died.

Some weeks back on one of your posts I made a rebuttal about the erroneous and mischievous rants of some of my (our) misinformed NigerDelta brothers. First and foremost let me tell you all a little story for the avoidance of doubt. I am from the Agbo ethnic group in Cross River State. We are located in Abi Local Government Area which is a coastal settlement and unarguably the smallest LGA in Cross River State in terms of landmass and to a large extent population - slightly a few thousands ahead of Bakassi LGA. My fore bearers both on my maternal and paternal side were given the opportunity to serve in then Eastern Nigeria regional government.

My grand uncle Dr.S E Imoke of blessed memory was an all influential cabinet minister in the regime of Dr M I Okpara. He held the Trade portfolio and was also Finance minister at the time until the unfortunate incident of January 1966. He was the longest serving Education minister. His son the Urbane Liyel Imoke is the immediate past Governor of our state “Cross River”.

During the outbreak of the war, he was the Biafran Commissioner for Refugees and Humanitarian affairs. One of my maternal uncles also served as Permanent Secretary in the ministry of health at Enugu. My maternal grand father was also a frontline member of the Eastern Nigeria regional house of Chiefs.

Outside my family circles, another great Cross Riverian M T Mbu was nominated a Federal Minister for Transport and Navy by the Igbo controlled NCNC. It's on record that Mbu was Nigeria's first Ambassador to the UK, UN and the USA. He is from Boki in Cross River state. Boki is another minority ethnic group just like my native Agboland. The Igbos gave him the opportunity to excel ahead of their own worthy sons at that time. He is the father to a Senator MT Mbu jr. Another person who is noteworthy is the late Chief Michael Eta-Ogon who was the Administrator of the oil rich PortHarcourt province in the first republic. He is also from the same Boki with Mbu. Thomas Weir Ikpeme an Efik man from Odukpani in my native Cross River was the longest serving Permanent Secretary in the Eastern Regional Ministry of Education.

The key point is that the Igbos were comfortable with us “the minorities” that was why they entrusted education solely in our hands. Not only education but other critical areas like Public Works and Transport etc. N U Akpan an Ibibio man from Akwa Ibom state was the technocrat behind the eastern regional public service. He was the Secretary to the regional government.
 
Thompson Akpabio, an Annang man from Ukana in present day Akwa Ibom state was the regional minister of health. The former Governor of Akwa Ibom state Godswill Akpabio is his nephew. There were other high ranking cabinet ministers of minority origin like one of our family good friends, HRH Amanyanabo E P Okoya, Agada III the Ibenanowei of Ekpetiama in Bayelsa State, Chief. Erekosinma of Rivers and a whole lot of others who are too numerous to mention.

During the secessionist struggle, an Ogoni from Rivers state, Chief.Ignatius Kogbara was Biafra's Ambassador to Britain. My dad's friend Chief. Lekam Okoi, from Idomi in present day Yakurr LGA of Cross River state was one of Ojukwu's trusted drivers. He is today a successful lawyer and a former commissioner in the Federal Character Commission.
Capt Akpet a minority from Cross River was also Ojukwu's dependable aide on intelligence.

Secondly for the avoidance of doubt, aside these political appointments, our people enjoyed immense goodwill from the Igbo dominated region by way of social security. My dad's immediate elder brother received a scholarship from the regional government that enabled him study for a PhD in soil science. He is the first man “arguably” in Africa to obtain a doctorate in Soil science. I have friends across the Niger Delta whose parents, uncles, aunties and relatives also benefited from the benevolence of the Eastern regional government.

Unarguably our Niger Delta region received it's last major facelift in terms of infrastructure when we were under the Eastern region. Till the abolition of the regional system of government, the Eastern region was the most united region, they was never a recorded case of ethnic skirmish or BLOOD letting between the Igbos and other minority groups.

During the pogrom of 1966 we all carried the same cross to “Golgotha”, both Igbos and Eastern minorities were maimed in their thousands across Northern Nigeria by the blood thirsty HausaFulani/Northern folks without blinking an eye. It doesn't really matter if you were Igbo, Ijaw, Efik or a miniature Agbo person.

I never really wanted to bore you with reading this lengthy essay but it's my moral responsibility to tell the truth at all times. I was thought by my fore bearers never to distort history and to always separate facts from fictions.

If we were not marginalized by the Igbos during the “analogue” age, how then can the Igbos marginalize us in this digital age?

 The moronic chief of Army staff of Nigeria, Tukur Buratai publicly declared on 6th of March, 2017 that those agitating for Biafra can never achieve their aim not in his life-time.

“Having been given the millennium hero award, I want to call on all the agitators for separation and other acts of destabilization, they better forget it, not in this era, not in this millennium," he said.

 What a ridiculous statement. You can see the desperation going on in the North, they are now talking out of fear, thinking they can intimidate Biafrans. This is to shows that Biafra is very close and the Nigerian government knows this if not Buratai won't be making such rational statement.

 It's funny though, people like Buratai who think they weld the wand of power by waving it around to influence whatever they deem fit, should revert back to history and remember the downfall of those who have vomited the same daffy statement he just did. It's very laughable that he even mentioned millennium, as if he's life is in his hands. A mortal man who might sleep and not wake up tomorrow but yet he thinks he's a god. The Northerners and their blindness for power!  They think the world revolves around them. Well, who can blame their stupidity and thoughtless attitude, after-all the British government handed the engine keys of Nigeria to them. So they feel they can do whatever they want with it, Switch it on and off at their own volition.

 This are the same witless northern politicians who have brought terrorism, fanaticism, extremism, hate, calumny, inequality, marginalization, under development, religious violence since their dominance in power. Their desperation and born-to-rule mentality is the reason for so much innocent bloodshed and deadly massacres in Nigeria. Mere looking at Buratai's statement one would realise that this is another talking-madman desperate and very eager to pull the trigger just to prove a point.  Besides this criminal should be in jail and not in an office instructing his follow madmen in uniforms on how to kill more innocent/harmless Biafrans.

 What happened to the corrupt charges against him? The houses in Dubai, owned by himself and his two wives? Did the EFCC or DSS recover the N250,000, 000 fraud by Buratai? Why was he also omitted from the ongoing arms deal probe faulted by a group known as Save The Nation Movement (STNM)? Even STNM is still wondering why Buratai, who was said to be the director of procurement between 2012 and 2015, was excluded from the list of 20 serving and retired military personnel to face the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Wonder no more STNM, the prejudice and tendentious Muhammadu Buhari is in charge of power, another Northern madman, so everything was swept under the carpet as usual. Just like the APC slogan goes, "Touch not Buhari's appointees and do his puppets no harm".

 Furthermore, I just have one message for Tukur Buratai: One thousand and one generals have been in that position before you and today where are they? You will still go the same way. And Biafra as a people will still be there.  So don't get carried away just because you are the Nigeria Army chief of staff, it's just a title that would become worthless as soon as you go 6-feet below and with the look of things you have just dogged 3-feet with that statement you made, so make sure you use the remaining 3-feet wisely for whatever you say next might be the final nail to your coffin. Those who go against Biafra end up losing or buried. So Buratai, consider this a warning and as a threat, am just a writer who simply follows the trend.

 Tukur Buratai, chief of army staff, has told those agitating for an independent state to “forget it.”

Of the groups clamouring for sovereignty, the campaigns of Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) and the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB)  are the most pronounced.

 They have even had the cause to clash with security agents.

 Speaking in Abuja after receiving an award conferred on him by a coalition of over 80 civil society organisations (CSOs), Buratai said the army would not condone any act that could lead to the disintegration of the country.

 He also promised that insurgency would soon be a thing of the past.

“Those individuals and groups that are bent on destabilizing our country I think they have to wait till may be the next three or four millennium for them to do that. That is, may be the next generation of officers and men will allow them at all,” he said.

In their usual cunning way, the British Government who are the creator-cum-god of Nigeria have spoken through Mr. Geoffrey Jideofo Kwusike Onyeama who parades himself as Nigeria’s Minister for Foreign Affairs. According to information published in the Premium Times on March 5, 2017, the British Government speaking through their surrogate, Onyeama, stated that “the agitation for a sovereign State of Biafra is unacceptable and detrimental to the peace, unity, stability and development of the Nigerian state.“ On the report of Amnesty International concerning the killing of thousands of Biafrans by Muhammadu Buhari, this British Government surrogate stated that “the scenario captured and the report itself lacked conformity to both local and international best standards on evidence gathering.”
We in IPOB know that the British Government is panic-stricken by the crescendo which the Biafra restoration process has attained. In their panicky state, they decided to counter the incontrovertible report from Amnesty International and the recent ruling from Abuja High court stating that IPOB is not an unlawful organization. To cover their tracks, they used the foreign affairs ministry currently occupied by Mr. Geoffrey Jideofo Kwusike Onyeama.
It is hypocritical of the British Government to support murderous Nigerian government in violently suppressing the quest for self-determination
ion when the same British government opted out of European Union. This same British Government allowed Scotland to conduct referendum without using B52 bombers to rain bombs on the Scotish people. Why is it that the British Government is so livid when it comes to the right of self-determination
of the Biafran people?
The most laughable aspect of British Government‘s objection to Biafra exit from their creation-Nigeria is the lame excuse of believing in the territorial integrity of pre-independence Nigeria. But Nigeria’s territorial integrity is not the same from independence till this date because the world is aware that a section of Nigeria called Bakassi had been ceded to the Cameroons even though the Nigerian Constitution was not adjusted to exclude that ceded section. But we assure the British Government that they can speak through hundreds of Geoffrey Onyeama, but at the end, Biafra shall be restored. We remind the British Government that slave-owning countries like Britain resisted the abolition of slavery, but at the end, slavery was abolished.
Also, the British Government tried everything on earth to resist the phasing-out of colonialism but their resistance came to nought because colonialism was defeated even though the British played a trick on the world by giving the impression that Nigeria is no longer colonized whereas, in practice, Nigeria is still controlled and pillaged by the British Government, using Hausa-Fulani as their tools. Furthermore, powerful business interests and cabals behind child sex and human trafficking also resisted the call to stop the despicable practice, but in the end, child sex and human trafficking were banned.
The latest gimmick of hiding behind Nigerian officials will not do any good to the British Government because Biafrans can read in-between the lines to decipher when the British Government is speaking through these Nigerian government officials. We will like to advise the Nigerian government officials being used by Britain that they are wasting their time because the restoration of the nation of Biafra is unstoppable and irreversible. These Nigerian hirelings may huff and puff all they like because they have scores of illiterate savages like the Hausa-Fulani nomads with AK47 and licensed to kill they tagged Nigerian Army but in the end, Biafra shall be restored to their chagrin. One incontrovertible fact the British Government and their Nigerian collaborators must bear in mind is that the civilized world has determined that self-determination is an inalienable right and there is nothing a bunch of badly educated primitive men at Aso Rock and their army of darkness can do about it. Biafra is a must whether the purveyors of iniquity in the name of keeping Nigeria one likes it or not.
The British Government can continue to speak through Mr. Geoffrey Jideofo Kwusike Onyeama as they have recently done but the fact remains that discerning individuals and governments of other countries now know the truth concerning the non-violent and peaceful nature of IPOB and its activities which have been corroborated by the recent judgment of Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako of Abuja High Court.
We posit that the British Government, by speaking through Mr. Geoffrey Jideofo Kwusike Onyeama, will never stop Muhammadu Buhari and his co-murderers from being prosecuted and jailed at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague.

Port Harcourt— Biafra Writers can categorically confirm the release of 45 IPOB brethren arraigned before the Chief Magistrate Court in Igweocha on a two-count charges of conspiracy to commit treason and treasonable felony.

 The 45 defendants is part of many others who were intimidated and arrested by Nigerian security operatives during the IPOB-Trump solidarity rally on the inauguration day of the US President on 20th January, 2017.

Our correspondence is on his way to the prison alongside the released Biafrans to get their belongings as at the time of writing this report and to ensure that not one of them is left behind; we hope this court order would be obeyed to the latter as the Nigerian government and it's security operatives are known for flouting court orders.

 The decision of magistrate Jaja came few days after IPOB was declared "Not unlawful" by Justice Binta Nyako of the federal high court Abuja, during the last court session involving the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and the federal government of Nigeria .

 Ever since Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has educated his people about the divide and rule strategy which the Nigeria government used to turn Biafrans against each other in the past, it has become a forgotten issue until the recent visit by the acting vice president Yemi Osibanjo.

 Lately, he has been taking some certain decisions and actions of his own, which makes people of good thinking to ask the question is President Muhammadu Buhari dead? Because it seems so, giving the way some northern politicians have come out to openly warn Osinbajo that the presidency doesn't belong to him. It is quite obvious that Buhari exempts Prof. Yemi Osibanjo from crucial meetings concerning key decisions in Nigeria not to talk of allowing him to represent him in public functions when he was in power.

 
Rather, he appoints a representative from his cabinet. Recall that Buhari has embarked on medical trips outside the country for three (3) good times since assumption of office. During these absences from office, it is quite surprising that Yemi Osibanjo has never taken actions on his own due to the heavy influence of his superior, Buhari. Suddenly Yemi Osibanjo is now taking decisions and actions by his recent visit to the major oil rich region of the country which is Niger Delta. On 14th February, 2017 Yemi Osibanjo paid a political visit to the chairman of the traditional rulers in Imo State, Eze .A. Ohiri  asking him to instruct all the traditional rulers under him to see that there is a clamp down on the agitation for Biafra restoration. Unfortunately, this political movement came at the wrong time as 89% of IPOB in Imo State and beyond have been educated on this kind of movement and are seriously waiting for the date of referendum to be announced.  Glory to Chukwu Okike Abiama as Ohaji Egbema and Uguta traditional rulers refused the offers given to them by the Nigeria acting president Prof. Yemi Osibanjo.

 In another way round, Osibanjo's sudden visit to Niger Delta region is a way for us to be intelligently aware that Buhari might be dead which the presidency is keeping a secret till now.

 The leadership of Indigenous People of Biafra have advised all Biafrans not to be deceived by the Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba people who are like green snakes on green grasses and think nothing good of Biafrans. Furthermore, our obligations as Biafrans should always be to put heads together and work for the betterment of our beloved Nation Biafra with Esprit de corps being our watch word!

DISMISS THE REMAINING COUNT CHARGES AGAINST NNAMDI KANU TO SAVE NIGERIA, IPOB WARNS JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO

 Following the court proceedings on the 1st of March, 2017 where Justice Binta Nyako dismissed 6 count charges out of 11 count charges leveled against the leader of Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by Nigerian government. In a press statement released, IPOB issued a strong warning to the presiding judge to quash the 5 remaining charges against its leader or Nigeria and President Buhari should get ready to face monumental embarrassment in court.  WHY JUSTICE BINTA MURTALA-NYAKO MUST DISMISS COUNTS #1, #2, #4, & #8 ON THE CHARGES AGAINST NNAMDI KANU AND THE OTHER THREE BIAFRANS

 The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) assert that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako must dismiss counts #1, #2, #4, and #8 on the charges brought against the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and the other three Biafrans. In her ruling on March 1, 2017, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako dismissed six counts namely #3, #5, #7, #9, #10, and #11 while sustaining five counts which are #1, #2, #4, #6, and #8. As IPOB prepares for a full trial on count #6, we hereby demand that the remaining four counts be dismissed on the grounds of fraud/perjury, false claim/identity, and for conflicts with relevant sections of CAP-C38 and ACJA-2015.

 Counts #1, #2, and #8 must be dismissed because the charges do not conform with Section-196(1) and Second Schedule of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act of 2015 (ACJA-2015). The cited section and schedule in the ACJA require that every charge must include the date, year, and location of the commission of the offence for which the accused is being charged. When it comes to the specificity of time of the commission of an offence, there is no provision for the term “Diverse Dates“either in Section-196(1) or in Second Schedule of ACJA-2015.

 Secondly, Section-43 of CAP-C38 requires that an accused person is no longer triable for treason and related felonies after two years from the stated date of commission of the offence. It is because of this same Section-43 that, today, Muhammadu Buhari is not being tried for treason which he committed on December 31, 1983. Without a specific date of commission of the offence, how then can the prosecution prove that two years have not elapsed as at the time of commencement of this case in Binta’s court? In addition to dismissing these three counts, we urge Justice Binta Murtala–Nyako to indict, convict, and jail the prosecution for committing a crime punishable under Section-118 of CAP-C38.
 
On the 29th of May, 2015, Retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari was sworn-in as the President of Nigeria which includes the occupied territories of Biafraland. Count #4 stated that Buhari, as the President of Nigeria, was defamed by Nnamdi Kanu on the 28th of April 2015. This is not only a false claim on the status of Buhari as at April 28, 2015, it is also a case of perjury, and the prosecution must be indicted and convicted of committing a crime as specified in Section-117 of CAP-C38. We also categorically state that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu could not have referred to Buhari as the President of Nigeria as at April 28, 2015.

 We warn Justice Binta Murtala–Nyako that should she refuse to dismiss count #4, we shall base our argument for the continuation of the charge on Section-379(5) of CAP-C38 and the court must grant us our rights to subpoena everyone that will be linked to the charge in line with our argument. Based on the evidence we have and those to be subpoenaed, we foresee a scandalous embarrassment to the person of Buhari, his wife Aisha and her children, and the entire Nigerian political establishment if Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako chooses not to dismiss this charge of defamation (count #4).

 In conclusion, IPOB is demanding that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako dismisses four out of the five remaining charges because they are based on fraud, false claims, and are in conflict with the relevant sections of CAP-C38 and ACJA-2015. Also, the prosecution should be tried and convicted on Section-117 of CAP-C38. Failing to dismiss these four charges will spell doom for the Judiciary in Nigeria and will result in monumental embarrassment on Buhari and his family in particular and the Nigerian government in general. The facts and evidence in our possession are overwhelming and may not be palatable to Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako, the prosecution, and the Buhari family.

*JUDGE BLASTS DSS OVER SUPPRESSION OF JOURNALISTS COVERING KANU'S TRIAL*

Hon. Justice Binta Nyako has reacted swiftly to the complaint put forward by the counsel representing Nnamdi Kanu over the continuous intimidation and suppression of journalists who are present to cover the court proceedings of the trial of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and his co-defendants.

After the introduction of the counsels, Hon. Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor rose and queried why despite court ruling on January 3, 2017, overruling secret trial and permitting journalists to cover the court proceedings, the security agents have however continued with their high handed approach by refusing entrance to the journalists and confiscating media equipment in the process.

"My lord, on January 3, 2017, you gave an order that journalists should be allowed inside the court, but the DSS and other security agents stopped them," Barrister Ejiofor lamented.

The prosecuting counsel, S. I Labaran objected and told the court that the security officials are merely "carrying out their duties".

The presiding judge, Binta Nyako however informed both counsels that her previous rulings on easy passage of journalists’ remains unchanged, and noted that she is monitoring the actions of the security agents and will intervene at the appropriate time.

 The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out six of eleven count charges leveled against Nnamdi and co-defendants.

 

 
The presiding judge, Binta Nyako stated that the charges put forward by the Nigeria government against the defendants lacks merit, as the federal government has failed to produce any veritable evidence to substantiate the charges.
 The judge however stated that 5 of the charges still holds and will be deliberated upon by the court.

 "I have three separate applications before me, except that of the third defendants," judge Binta Nyako read in her ruling.

 "The prosecution have not placed any evidence before the court, to back up the charges that
 (1) IPOB is an unlawful society, though is not registered in Nigeria.
 I hereby strike out, Count 3,5,7,9,10 and 11.
 But, Count 1,2,4,6 and 8 stands.
 IPOB does not belong to an unlawful society,

 "I will also put it before the court that, the only evidence the prosecutor have provided is, the statement the defendant made while broadcasting," the judge stated.

An emergency report reaching the Biafranews has it that some of the alleged Cabals who have reportedly taken over Aso Rock are currently pressurizing the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to ensure in his current capacity as the Acting President of Nigeria that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu does not come out from detention no matter the outcome of the court today March 1st, 2017.

However, the report also stated that Osinbajo showed reluctance to the idea as he immediately noted that the Judiciary is supposed to be an independent body which should not have any form of interference from especially the Executive arm of government.
