PRESIDING JUDGE ABSENT AGAIN IN COURT 2 FEDERAL HIGH COURT ABUJA

In a major case of breach of fundamental human rights, where it is clear that Nigerian DSS abducted an innocent man and locked him in an underground dungeon for nearly a year without access to his family or lawyers, any sensible person would have thought that a court would be expeditious in seeking redress for the victim. But alas in Nigeria law and justice means something completely different.
The presiding judge in this matter is a man named Hon. Justice J. Kafarati. A clearly dishonorable fellow, this supposedly Nigerian learned judge has been on this case since the past 13 months. Over a year to determine an important case of DSS breach of the fundamental rights of a citizen. Despite the very open and shut case of DSS brutality against this innocent citizen, this Nigerian judge has repeatedly refused to deliver the same judgment he claims he has written. This is the fourth adjournment for judgment on this matter.
Shockingly, this shameless Nigerian judge never turned up this morning in his court to dispense justice as required by law. Instead he told his clerk to inform the public that he has gone to an embassy of a European country for a visa interview. His travel abroad is more important than delivering a judgment in a court of law.
He failed to deliver judgment because of visa appointment and people are trying to convince me that Africans are humans? Incredible! In Biafra Africa died.
